CL = This stands for ‘Card Left’and it means that the driver attempted to collect or deliver your package but no one was in to give or receive the goods:
Please note that on the card there will be contact details for the delivery or collection depo and your tracking number, which must be quoted in all correspondence.
Please note: If CL appears on the status of your tracing number, it is your responsibility to contact the delivery depo to rearrange collection or delivery.
Please note: If CL appears on the status of your tracing number, but you have not received a Card please contact Customer Support:
CA = This stands for ‘Check Address’ and it means that either the information regarding the delivery or collection address you provided is incorrect. In all instances, please make sure that all the information you provide is complete and correct.
It could also mean that the driver simply could not locate you.
If you did provided a contact telephone number, generally the driver will phone when they are on route to collect or deliver your goods.
So please provide a number in which you can be contacted at all times during the day.
If this status remains the same for 2 days and you have not had a call, then please call Customer Support.
LAI = This stands for ‘Left As Instructed’ and it means that you have instructed the driver to leave the goods in a specific place or to be collected from a specific place.
Please note: That this request could have been made in the ‘Special Instructions’ field when processing the original order or if a card had been left and you contacted the depo via telephone requesting your specific instructions.
Please note: If LAI appears on the status of your tracing number but you have not given any Special Instructions then please contact Customer Services as soon as possible.
OOT = This stands for ‘Out Of Time ‘and means what it says that the driver ran out of time to collect or deliver your goods.
This could be for a number of reasons? Volume of freight on that particular day? Road works? Road accidents etc.
IROC and its partners have an excellent success percentage rate of collecting and delivering your goods at your specified dates. But unfortunately it is not 100% and for that we apologise and be assured that
we do everything we can to get as close to that figure as we can at all times.
Please note: If OOT appears as the status of your tracing number the general rule is that ‘Collection or Delivery’ will be attempted on the next working day.

RTS = This stands for ‘Return To Sender’ and means that your goods are on there way back to you this could be for a number of reasons.
If you are unsure why your goods would be coming back to you then please contact Customer Support.
General Tips: Please note that it is in your best interest to notify us as soon as possible, if your goods have not been collected or delivered 2 days after the collection or delivery due date. As this could result in the goods being returned to the sender or the collection request being cancelled.
This would mean that you would have to reorder the services incurring the appropriate charges again. Help us in this matter, so you only pay what you need to pay and no more!
